1.Check whether the valve model and specification are consistent with the design model.

2.According to the requirements of design drawings, check whether the service conditions of valves meet the design requirements.

3.Valves must have product certificate and nameplate of manufacturer.

4.Before valve installation, visual inspection and action inspection shall be carried out one by one to check whether the valve stem rotates flexibly and whether there is any sticking phenomenon.

5.10% of valves shall be sampled in batches, and no less than one piece shall be inspected for size; If unqualified, check again 20%; If there are still unqualified products, the appearance quality should be checked one by one, and the valve sampling comparison and water pressure test should be carried out in accordance with relevant specifications.

6.Clean the inner cavity of the valve, and do not attach foreign matters to the sealing ring and disc. Do not close the butterfly plate before cleaning, so as not to damage the sealing ring.

7.When the valve is not in use, the butterfly plate should be in a slightly open state, and the valve should be neatly stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and should be kept away from light to prevent rubber aging. Stacking and outdoor storage are strictly prohibited. Both ends of the valve shall be sealed with plugs to prevent dust and impurities from entering the valve.
